With an impressive 14 years in TV, Charis has vast experience in planning shoots, casting, hiring crew, preparing series content, scheduling and working with budgets. Charis thrives in problem-solving situations and is a master of organisation and logistics. Leading up our studio team, she makes sure all of our systems run like clockwork and that our productions are delivered with maximum creative impact and efficiency. Currently on maternity leave, we look forward to welcoming Charis back to the team very soon.
